Looking good! Should have mine in about 2 weeks. Excited to start the process!
Made a trip to Lowe’s today. Picked up everything I need to run 2, 15 amp gfi circuits for the system. Tomorrow will be installation day for that.
Also picked up 6’ of clear vinyl flex. Enough to make 2 return lines.
2, 15 amp gfi circuits installed and hot!
And found a new place for my barnacle cluster
Nice candle holder!
Working on wire management tonight. Installed a DJ switch and panduit for wire runs.
Working on my scape!
Ok. Final scape! NYOS cement used to hold all base rock and major structures together. Tuesday evening the labor shows to set the tank!
Just wait. When the tank is wet, and the inner reefer starts talking to your brain. You will want to change it! Nice scape though!
That scape looks great!
Should be very fish and coral friendly.
Help arrived this evening! The tank is on the stand! And my light arrived today too. The new maxspect razorX!
Wowzers. That's alot of travel and partying to get that bad boy with Marriott Points. Too bad they don't offer fish stuff...
Just curious, do you have a basement? I am setting up my 525 XL right now as well and am wondering if I need to be looking at supporting the rafters in the basement. Mine is going to be against a foundation wall so I'm a little less concerned, but just curious as to your situation.
Hi mjlash22. I am on a slab. If you’re putting yours against an outside wall. You should be just fine. I would ask how old your Home is?
Brand new build.
Then you have no worries!
