Just re-reading some posts and realized you are setting up a 525xl now as well! That’s awesome! Do you have a build thread? If so, please share! If not, start one!

Got the plumbing installed last night. Pretty straight forward. Put some water in the overflow box to sit overnight. No leaks this morning.
Next step is to transfer the aquascape into the tank.

Scape is in the tank! Lots of space for coral, lots of swim throughs and caves, plenty of room left for cleaning.
    Sand today, water tomorrow!

I had the prior Razor on my IM30L and liked it. This one has a better spectrum and controls. My wife and I both like the modern look as well above the tank.

I’m anxious to get it up and running and using the seneye to set the spectrum and par.

Dosed ammonia to 3 ppm last night. Here we are 24 hrs in. Added a bottle each of API, bio spira, and Dr Tim’s last night as well.

    Cycle is in underway!

I personally wouldn’t use light while cycling. Just inhabitants unwelcome algae growth.

Just read through, NICE looking tank ! ! ! :):)

    I like the scape :)

Leave it to shipping company to not properly tie down their load.... Glad tank was OK and everything worked out. ;)

Thanks mjlash22. Following yours as well and you have made great progress. I like the way you are doing things, especially your plumbing. Maybe I will do that someday if I get the gumption! Starting up a tank is a lot of fun. I hope you are enjoying it as much as I am! And I’m really liking the 525xl a lot!
