•Hardy cultured clams
•Amazing colors and patterns not seen in other Tridacna species
•Beautiful hybrids: Maxima x Squamosa
•Lighting requirements similar to Maxima
•Do not need to be specifically fed
•Do best in tanks with nitrates and phosphates, ie. well fed tanks
•Need firm base to attach, rock rubble on sand bed or on rockwork where can't fall over
