Mini t5 hybrid?

Looking for a t5 hybrid for a biocube that’s hoodless. Do they exist? I want to use my coralBox moon led with t5 but can’t find a hybrid smaller than 24 inches. Found bulbs smaller but no hybrid kit. Do they exist?
