Missing frags and glue

I’m missing a ton of frags from my order as well as the glue. Seriously disappointed. I called the retail store and they told me to email the online store. Not very eager to help and never apologized once!

I have seen a lot on this forum about people complaining about things that go wrong in this hobby, but without a real question or they aren't in need of help.

Reaching out for dialogue because I’m on the west coast and the store is on the east coast and waiting til’ Monday to let them know there was a problem would be problematic. Maybe it’s a simple answer like there is a 2nd box. If so I would hang at the house because I don’t want my corals to die if the delivery driver drops them off when I’m not expecting them. Maybe someone from the online store is in the boards. When I talked to someone I hadn’t unboxed and inventoried all the corals so I didn’t know 8 were missing out of 29.

I posted this in the vendor specific part of the board it’s not like I hung it out in the general sps forum.

To answer your specific question. No there is nothing YOU can do about it.

I have nothing to add here but... I'm a short drive from TSA and order all of my corals from the West Coast.

The frags that I did get (21)all look great. A couple look to have been swapped for larger ones than what I ordered as well.

All issues resolved great communication. I even bought a mini colony and to my surprise when it arrived it was 5x larger than the pic. I’m super stoked.
