Well. It really all matters on your tanks nutrient levels. but id say this species does best in the 250-400 region. As always, being able to read your coral and understanding when it is getting too much light is key.

Exactly, higher light = more nutrients. less intense light = lower nutrients, simple yet complex at the same time
