On May 1, we'll place all eligible entrants into an Excel file and let a random number generator pick 3 lines in the spreadsheet to choose our winners.

As far as contacting winners, first we'll check to see if the name and location on the winner's Facebook page is a customer in our database. If so, we'll just email them directly. If the winner happens to be one of our YouTube subscribers, we'll send them a message on YouTube. If the win came from a Facebook "like" but the person is not in our customer database, we will send them a private message through Facebook if their email address is not listed in their Facebook account profile. All winners have 2 weeks to reply to our messages and claim their prizes. If a prize is not claimed within 14 days, we will randomly select an alternate winner.
