Looking at my tank tonight, I see a few of these critters climbing on the rocks. Sorry for the shaky picture - I can try for a better one of needed. It's wide in the middle, narrow on both ends, about 1/4" long and seems to have a single antenna out its front.

Any ideas on whether this is a friend of foe?

Thanks,

Looking up Whelks, I think you are probably right, thank you. I do have a Bivalve and a Trunicate that came along on a Torch from the LFS. Reading that they are carnivores, I'll be on the lookout.

Appreciate it.
