Yellow Coris Wrasse and Longnose Hawk, just because I get so much joy from them diminishing the amphipods that drove me crazy. YCW will smash the larger pods against the rocks while the hawk takes them to the top of the tank, bites it, then watches it fall to the bottom and eats just before hitting the sand. You have no idea how happy that makes me.

Unfortunately my new (2.5 month) tank may be sick, but all my fish with the exception of my stupid Occ. Clowns are fun to watch.
Midas blenny has HIS rock and will grab and throw hermits off HIS rock, recently he goes through one hole and looks upside down at the monster gobie's hideout.
My flasher wrasses zig zag around the tank and flash at eachother without confrontation, my Exquisite fairy wrasse slowly swims monitors the world around him and will flash at the other wrasses if they flash him and fires up his colors.
The molly miller is constantly picking at stuff like a madman and clumsily scooting around.
The skunk shrimp frantically attack food and sway at fish to advertise their services (but no customers yet). The clowns just pick a spot and gyrate all day.

Want to eventually get a toby, but fear for my shrimp (Kratos and Boi)

Like I said, my blenny started flashing infrequently, so I'm treating them, hopefully just a couple flukes.

Tie between Chevron Tang and Melanurus. They tie because, they hang out all day together playing monkey see monkey do.
Almost like they are a mated pair. They always have something going on in the tank!

Have to go with a wrasse my blue sided fairy it can all of a sudden put it in reverse and swim backwards same course to pick off the pod it just passed. Also my golden and blue assessors swimming upside down throughout the caves and arches is always great fun. Can watch for hours. The Assessors are an extremely curious fish they almost always circle back to see what chased them or investigate a new hole in the rock work.

Firstly, Many nice pics posted in this thread.

1. What fish is the most fun for you to watch and why is that?

Watching a group of Yellow tangs stick together is always a sight. I'd take 6 more !!

2. Overall do you consider your fish to be entertaining or kinda boring?

I cant say I observe mine as entertaining nor boring otherwise I would not have especially anything boring.

I go for color and uniqueness.

Yes, she will. I've had the world's meanest Tomato Clown for about 12 years, and she's literally drawn blood before (mine, unfortunately). She's a savage beast who attacks my hand anytime it's in the tank. Why I keep her around is a mystery to me...
Suppose mine is probably 7-8 yrs old, maybe around 2.5--3" long. First time she attacked me scared crap out of me, hit my hand about 5-6 times in 2-3 seconds. I've never been bit before by any of my fish so didn't know what she could do. After that time I bought some neoprene scuba gloves, she then attacked my arm so now I suit up with the long coralife gloves. She even attacks my mag cleaner when I move it.

Flame Hawk is the fav, moves all over and will perch on a coral or powerhead. Hate my clowns, do nothing but flap around in one corner. Would like to 86 em.

My lawnmower. Especially now that he is eating EVERYTHING. He's not as quick as the others, but can mouth the larger chunks. It's been fun watching him get better each week at chasing down frozen. My tank is pretty high flow, so I don't make it easy. =)

My favorite is probably my kole tang. I love watching the way he flaps his fins and bounces around while chomping on all the rocks

I enjoy watchin the goby and pistol shrimp work together. Fun combo there. Son named the goby “taco” and the pistol “colt” but he wasn’t in a spot for a pic. They are still babies

My fish are so much fun to watch and interact with. My Naso and powder blue go crazy the minute I walk in the door. They remind me of my dog. Lol
