Just to update this thread, I still have not had any dino issues in the office tank. Since adding the nem, I have had some GHA/lettuce algae, slight diatoms, and some annoying red cyano before adding more flow. However, I am careful to keep nitrates/phosphates detectable, even with a refugium. I feed freeze dried cubes 2 times a day, nori 1 time a day, and a mixture of frozen brine/reef roids/ and phyto 1 time a week for the nems. The reef roids tend to help most in keeping numbers up. Gotta be careful not to do too much though. I always do the big feeding the day before a water change! Hope this helped.

I'm by no means a pro or have any of this stuff figured out, just sharing what has worked for me, and trust me I still have problems lol. But my nems are happy and I don't have dinos, so life is good.
