I had an ich breakout in my display tank about 2 weeks ago. I moved the fish to a QT and treated them. How long do I need to wait before I move my fish back to the Display Tank?

76 days for the display tank to starve out the parasites. Make sure to stir the sand a bit. There are studies that show parasites can go dormant in the anaerobic areas of the tank during the fallow period. Then come back and surprise you later.

The fish, if you treated with copper needed 14 days at therapeutic levels. And then 14 days of observation moved to a clean, sterile tank to make sure the parasites are gone. Or 30 days in copper.
