Any possibility of printing guards for the older gyre xf230?

Also been tinkering with flow modifying adapters for the top of the nem guard and as separate clip on items for MP and Octo stock guards. Medium wide flow and a wide flow

Shirak,
Have a question on your MP40 and MP10 guards.
Will they fit the base of non QD wet sides (ES version)?
I think the non QD mp10 might be the same but the MP40 looks different.

Thanks.

Do you have photos? I can give you measurements but I am not finding any info on non QD wet sides. I purchased MP10 and 40 wet sides from BRS so I could model the guards. They list them as MP10QD and MP40wQD

Here are a few photos of the non QD 40.
Only accurate measurement with small calipers are 73mm ID for cage. OD with a ruler looks like 78mm.

For the MP10, I think they are the same dimensions as the newer QD versions but doesn't hurt to ask.
From my calipers, the cage looks like 53mm ID and 63mm OD.

I am getting about 57.5-58 ID on the MP10 QD cover and 63 OD
MP40 QD cover 74.5-75 ID, 80 OD

If you really want to see if they would fit the base I can print the bottom part where the tabs are and you can see how they fit.

They both look pretty darn close

I think the MP10 guards will fit fine since they actually might have been an early version of the QD.
So how about I purchase two MP10 guards and you can send me the bottom part for the MP40 guard. This way if it fits, I'll just order the MP40 guard separately.
How do I go about ordering this, thanks.

MP60qd Nem guard is done. Printed in black ABS. Replaces the stock guard. Has the impeller shaft support at the front. Twice as many ribs in front to help limit larger snails from getting into the impeller area. Slightly larger than the stock guard which reduces suction forces across the outer face of the guard. High quality prints.. take a long time to print.
$37/guard
$69 for two
plus $4 shipping per package.
