I have 2 MP10 in my Red Sea 350L tank. I am trying to find the best settings, power level for flow in my tank. I have a mixture of mainly LPS corals so know strong flow is good but how much is ideal? I currently have the dials at about 50% on lagoon setting but think it should be higher but don’t want to damage any coral? TY

Really depends on how they are pointed.
You want good flow but nothing that will blow directly at a coral from close range.
If they close up then too hard. They should wave a bit.
If you want more flow then point them at the glass and deflect some of the energy
