Sorry, but I don't understand what "conus paypa g&s" means?
Conus means “Continental US”. (As in, you have to live in the USA to buy this)

I assume the “paypa” meant PayPal, which is an easy to use money transfer app.

And “g&s” stands for “Goods and Services Payment”. This is something inside of PayPal that allows the buyer to file a dispute, if he/she is unhappy with the purchase.

Thanks boss. Yeah spelled paypal wrong, but this new ad feature on mobile is a bit confusing for me to where I couldn't edit
