Working on a list of mushrooms for my newly forming mushroom collection. Which ones are your favorites? What are some that make part of a great collection?

I love Florida ricordeas! They come in so many varieties and can really brighten a section of the tank! The only problem is that they grow at an incredibly slow rate compared to other mushrooms.

Ricordeas for sure.

I've always wanted to do an all ricordea exclusive garden tank, maybe someday!

Not getting a great picture tonight for whatever reason, but I love my golden dragons. They're mixed with some green hairy mushrooms in this pic.

Whatever you do choose wisely. I'm all about whatever is going to hold it's value the greatest is all thats going to live in my tank moving forward. Real Estate is valuable and they use it quickly.
Never allow any one species to dominate a tank with other species in same tank. Bad things happen like cannibalism and mass die off events. Keep the population of all species and subspecies balanced to best of ability.
Stick with proven old school genetics that have taken a beaten and been around for awhile especially concerning jawbreakers.
For long term success try to source and buy only natural splits from healthy tanks. Way to many unhealthy frags of unhealthy frags being passed around.
Aside from that I'm super partial to most shrooms.
May the shroom gods be with you from there.
