Hello all,

Appreciate any help for the following mushrooms that appear to be dying:

1. OG Bounce - Purchased it in July 2020 (1st pic). Had him in mushroom/breeder box. Been feeding it AB+ and reefroids 2 or 3 times a week alternatively since purchase. It's shrank in size and appears to be melting? I've moved the box in to a medium light, was in low light previously and still no change.

2. Neptune Bounce - Purchased it in July 2020 also. He was growing outside of the frag plug he was on, so I transferred him to a larger plug. Since then, about a month now, half of him is always curled inward. I tried covering him with a bridal mesh fabric which he eventually flattened out, but within a couple of days curled inward again. Size has shrank as well.

TIA.

+1 on parameters?
Nitrates
Phosphates
Salinity
Ph?

When you say low light do you know par where they are sitting in?

All my bounces in particular Og bounce has been a hardy shroom for me. Doesnt mind reasonable swings. Likes medium light around 75-100 par. But some run the much higher.

And when you say low to medium flow are they getting direct flow? You don't really want flow on them as you will want minimal flow over and around them.
If they are moving in current its too much.

And when you say reef roids and ab+ 2 or 3 times a week what do you mean?
Are you spot feeding?
I do mine as well but if they are sitting in hotels your going to want to remove any residuals that may settle inside them.
I use a turkey basket to gently blow them off after they feed.

Also id cut that down to once a week.

They will eat mysis shrimp and prefer it over anything else.
I use reef roids to stimulate them.

Hi,
No other corals are having issues. Here's a pic of the shroom room I put the OG on. It's sitting in the middle corner now as I notice it turns to expand more in the middle than the bottom. As for PARs, I don't have the tools to measure the PAR. For water parameters my nitrate is at 10ppm, 0 nitrite, ph 7.5.

For the OG bounce, do you think it can be saved?
