Wow your tank has gone through a great transformation over the years. How many water changes do you do a month? what are you feeding the corals to keep the growth goin

Happy New Year AQUAMAN21!!!!!

the changes is one of the thing that keeps the system interesting regardless if its good or bad. currently water change is done every 2 weeks at 20 gallons each water change. whenever I remember I add two tsp of NutraPlus Complete feed by Nutra-Kol to a max of twice a week.

I just did a a water change today, about 25-30 gallon between buckets, and my skimmer. Never heard of NutraPlus, i've been using a combotation of Knet Marine supplements and additives.

here is the link if you want to read about it Nutra-Kol | Nutrition and health of aquatic organisms

what camera do you use?

im apparently looking at the oldest posts on R2R. lol

Most if not all photos I've posted were taken with a Canon 50D for any closeup I used 100mm macro lens also.

How do you keep your phospate level?

for the longest time PO4 is kept in check by the use of GFO, however pulled this out since last March. The PO4 have since climbed a bit however the colors have also improved so am okay with it for now. If I start to loose color I will put the GFO back online.

Nice Job! read whole thread. Keep on trucking.

Did the link for more vivid color do anything for you. I'm going to check it out.

Thanks for the kind words Joe! The link is a good read, and for the most part should be used as a guideline only.
