its been awhile since i've updated this thread and this page definitely need a photo or two!
one of my first frag from a local reefer took forever to grow and color up
acquired from RR Canada as a yellow stag frag (sorry no fancy name!)
ice fire echinata that needs a little bit more light to get the cream body back
grafted montipora
no introduction needed! superman montipora!
green eyed dragon from RR Canada
yellow with pink tip body with green polyp (i think pocillopora)
random trio!

Is the little red hose on your vertex skimmer venturi hooked-up to Ozone or anything? Just curious b/c I have never hooked this hose up to the venturi on my BK mini 180. Also what do you keep your water parameters at currently, and do you use any other color supplements/trace elements like Iodine or just BRS 2 part and Zeovit Coarlsnow? AWESOME Tank by-the-way!!!!

ReeferIX - the little red hose is not hooked up to anything, it is actually capped. when i got the skimmer it was already hooked up in the venturi when i unboxed it.
As far as water parameters currently level are as follows CA-430 to 450; ALK-7 to 7.5; MAG-1350 to 1400; salinity-1.0250; PH-7.9-8.2; ORP-395-415; Temp-76.5F to 78.5F; PO4-0.049; NO3-undetectable (however I know that I have them in the system as I have some algae's in the system) ALK, PO4 and Salinity readings are taken with Hanna digital; Temp, PH and OPR readings are via RKL; CA, MAG and NO3 are with ELOS test kit.
Above and beyond the BRS 2 part and the KZ snow I also and have always cabon dosed via vodka. I've tried other products such as KZ Pohl's xtra; KZ K balance and prodibio reef kit but have not noticed any difference in the system since it's it's been stopped about a year ago.

Running similiar setup custom sump i built no socks bm nac9 skimmer fuge basically has rock rubble, macro algaes, and ats dosing alk, ca, mg p04-0 trates-0 salinty 1.025 ca is 425 kh is 9.8, ma is 1400 ph 8.23 temp 78-78.5
