Cables cleaned up as best I can, ATO up and running, leak sensors wired in, and Radions now attached to the Apex (turned off now while it cycles):

Cycled the tank with Dr Tim’s and BioSpira. Got the big post cycle water change done last week and then I built a small refugium and for it plumbed in and running with some chateo from my other tank. Anxious to move some fish out of QT but we leave for a vacation this week so waiting til we get back for any relocation.

Picked up this guy back in March but wanted to do a QT with him and then we were going to be traveling some so now that we’re done with that I’m going to be moving him into the 40 gallon soon:

Slowly moving along. Seeded the 125 with pods and moved in a few corals to test it out for a bit. Also moved the anemone into the 40 gallon. Don’t want to jinx it but he settled kind of where I wanted him to and has been there for over a week now.

They are. Those came as tiny little things from @chad vossen and have grown a ton. May eventually have to trade a couple in to the LFS but at this stage of the uglies there seems to be enough algae to keep them happy and growing.

Checked a couple of corals off my want list today with an order from @bubbaque They're currently settling in, so hopefully I can keep them happy as I've been trying to track down a couple of them for a while. You'll have to pardon the pictures, I'm no photographer. Just my iphone and my shaky hands and one of the clip on orange filters.

Got my Black Friday sale gift for myself in yesterday so got it installed today. Got the Aquatic Life Hybrid to supplement my LEDs. Went with 2 Blue Plus and 2 Coral Plus bulbs. I had rented a par meter and was getting quite a bit lower par then I was expecting. Starting it about 12 inches above the water and only going to run the t5s for an hour a day to start but now I need to rent a par meter again to do some tuning. Anyway, here’s a picture

Been a while since an update. Biggest change is my QT tank is finally empty and cleaned out.
Which is really nice. One fewer tank to mess with. And that means this guy finally made it into the display:
