Great tank! How do you keep the nitrates low using tap water? I'm really impressed!

Very nice Mr. tap water.

I also use tapwater in my 240 gal. softy tank.
I don't advocate it to others, but it's what I've been doing since 1985.

To help keep my nitrates down using tapwater I use 65 kg of live rock With a good circulation and the main thing I use which works definitely for me is
Bionitratex By JBL I use 20 bags Of them and split them into two external filters without these I wouldn't get to keep my nitrates down which are now between 2 to 5.
