All the talk about a bigger variety of ROTM maybe we should push for a s*** ROTM every now and then to make us peasants feel better about ourselves

That's true. I found the looks of R2R much more appealing.

I think there's more haters of light mode than dark mode.

I use dark mode, largely cause all that white almost hurts my eyes in standard mode. Also I signed up and have used the iOS app in beta.its not ready for prime time.
As far as ROTM, I’ve appreciated the ooh ahh when I see them but it would be nice to see a larger variety.

No coralline on the back
No algae anywhere

And did he really grow all that stuff out in 4 years

I had to make some changes in the hammer spawn garden due my industrious jawfish digging spewing sand in the area. Ironically think he did me a favor by accident as the new arrangement is actually better

Now I’m in Texas for “leadership class” …..didn’t realize you could learn dictatorship in 2.5 days but hey I’m game!

FYI - we are doing axes AXE throwing tomorrow - I believe it’s supposed to be some type of team building exercise…..but I’m truly starting to question the sanity of these people. Do they not do their research? I regularly threaten people with a catapult …. Some with a possumapult …. Others with a newspaper….(depending on mood and individual)…. And they want me to throw sharp objects….i refuse to be held responsible for any injures (maiming) or deaths …..

I recently went through Boss to Coach (last week) with Gallup. I told the guy how much I didn't agree with his "science" but it was a good try.

So checked my numbers before I left

Hanna UL Phosphate .4
Hanna Nitrate 9.5
Calcium 420
All 10.3 (I think)


Sooooo
I dosed to raise calcium up to 480

Left my dosing to 1 time a day at 6ml of AF lab component (the alk part)

Left food in fun cups in the freezer for the BF to feed the fish

Added a little phosgaurd to a bag and tossed it in the sump

Alk needs to go down
Calcium needs to go up
Phosphates down
Nitrates can stay where they are or go up

I may or may not be have panic attacks about being away from the tank

I mean telling an employee they suck at their job - but hey at least you’re trying! Is being a good boss right?
