My tang started with his left eye being a little foggy out of no where. I thought maybe it was from a fight. 2 days later his left eye started looking a little foggy. I woke up this morning and his left eye is really bad. I stopped at my local fish store to get prazi. I just did my first dose this morning in my DT. It’s a fish only tank. I think it is fluke, does anyone have a option.

Have you treated for flukes before? Bacterial infection comes to mind and would require Abx.

I have treat for flukes and it’s that that. I treated the tank with prazi which cleared the left eye. The right eye got a little better now is worse then ever. Maybe it’s a Bacterial infection?

What did you do to treat for flukes? The swelling of the left eye does seem more like a bacterial issue though.
