My anemone looks like it’s producing quinoa

What’s wrong with my anemone? I just saw this as I was doing a water change

Maybe they split so could be the start of a tear for the split. I had one big one split into two big ones lol but it did it inside the rock it was in and took maybe 2 days.

Most anemones split from the mouth. Looks like pedal damage or disintegration to me. Keep an eye on it.
