My bicolor angel on starvation mode

Help needed got this bicolor angel on last Friday and she’s not in mood to eat any thing I offer I tried brine shrimps with garlic and without garlic but no luck although he looks perfectly healthy and active how long he can survive on hunger Mode?
I just have rocks no corals etc and tank is running from three months
Here’s what I’m
Feeding
Formula 2 pellets
Brine shrimps
Blood worms
Nori sheet
According to staff of store she used to eat formula 2 pellets

Try making nori always available in the tank and then work on the other foods. In my experience this allows the fish to graze / eat when it gains the confidence to do so and then it will work it's way to eating with the group.

Try some live food. they normally pick at the rocks. With your tank being new there is nothing to graze on so it’s going to be difficult to get him eating
