Thanks guys, everyone else has one so I figured I would jump on the band wagon.. lol, actually had a yellow gorg in my first tank back in the 80’s but it didn’t end well ;Dead

Mixed up juice from some defrosted brine shrimp along with a little Reef Roids for the new gorgi this morning.. Talk about some awesome PE and feeding response! This thing seems really healthy!

I wanted to say thanks for sharing your experience with your orange plate. I moved mine into higher flow. I think he is still more finicky, but it opened my eyes to giving him more movement.

Mine is really moody! almost thought I was going to lose it over the last week, it looked horrible for like 4 days, shriveled tentacles and gaping mouth but yesterday it snapped out of it and now looks better than it ever did!! It has done this like three times since I had it ;Facepalm I think it’s playing with me =)

Do you think the oranges are more moody?

This is the first orange I have had. my green fungia always looks happy, not sure what’s up with the orange one? I’m trying my best to keep it happy by maintaining my parameters and feeding it several times a week but they must be more temperamental.

Every color I have had has been very happy quickly except my orange one. Much slower. @Hemmdog what about your ginger plate?

Not quite the color I was expecting but way larger than the description, a little damage on one of the branches so I’m probably going to clip it.. after it settled I moved it to my rock work
