Thanks Simon the cyphastrea has completely encrusted the 2x2” ceramic tile base I made for it. I’m thinking about gluing it to my back glass and letting it go wild.. lol

By the way.. yellow gorgi finished sulking and was out wanting food yesterday evening, I see lots of new polyps at the base where it appears to be encrusting. Wish I could shoot close up or macro pics of things further back in the tank.. think a new 35mm is on my wish list

;Hilarious Spam away.. I’m stoked to see any kind of positive signs from the new yellow Gorgi, I have a history with them and it isn’t good.. lol!

My first kinda reef early/mid 80’s.. a yellow gorgi was one of my first corals, my tank was a converted marine fish tank with under gravel filter, no live rock, no specialty lighting.. didn’t end well lost most of the inhabitants within a year and one of those big carpets “nuked” my tank taking out the rest.
