My clam fell and can't get up!

A wrasse would work too. I have used flatworm exit with clams to no problems, but I may be lucky. If you have a tank you can move the clam to for the dosing, that may work too. Just have to keep clam clean and free of flatworms too.

I dip all new corals in flatworm exit. Just to prevent any more issues. I hated those buggers.

I have a QT tank that I use for fish, but I dose it with copper so I don't really want to put my clam in there! Either way, he's got flatworms on him so unless I get rid of those I'll just bring the problem back.

Yep, the copper tank will not work. Good luck and don't give up. You can defeat them. May take time and patience and maybe a hand gernade, but you will get them.

I decided to go with the 'natural control' route and picked up a yellow Coris wrasse from my LFS yesterday. we'll see how he does once he's out of QT. Fingers crossed!
