What piece is to the left of the Voodoo Majick in the first pic? That Buzz lightyear is about to explode off that tile.

Amazing collection! How do you keep your frag tiles so clean? My nutrient levels are about what yours are at but theres some sort of algae growing on all my frag discs. From the pictures it seems like there are zero algae on any of your pieces.

That’s Tyree Purple Monster. You can find a few people on here selling frags from time to time. It’s a slow grower but a really nice piece

Wow, I have a piece of purple monster I just picked up to grow out for the first time finally after all these years. I guess it’s just the way you photographed it with a filter making it look different.

I think you’re just overlooking all of my algae..lol. All of the dark red stuff on my tiles is algae and it’s a pain to clean. It’s almost like a moss that grows over everything. The odd thing about it is that my 60 is plumbed into my display and I don’t have any of it in my display. I found the best way to keep it in check is a tuxedo urchin.
I also have my share of lettuce algae in my overflows ‍

It looks blue because of the T5 bulbs. Here are two close up shots, one under my T5s and one under my radions, you can see a huge difference in the color and it’s just a matter of changing the viewing spectrum

Ah I see, yea the led pic looks more like what I am used to, although I don’t ever remember seeing green in the polyps in any other pieces. But hey at least I know it IS in my tank :). I can’t wait to see what I can do with it. I haven’t tried one yet because of how slow they grow but a local friend who had a tank of the month one year a while back had a bueatiful colony and was breaking down his tank. I got the last decent frag of his colony to try for a good deal.
Love the pics man. I need to practice some and post some stuff.

Does the urchin occasionally munch on your sps? Lol I may have to move one from the display tank to the frag tank
