So when I got these guys they were extending their tentacles every night for about a week. Ive had them for little more than three weeks and I saw one the other night extend maybe a tentacle halfway. Why is that?

Your post doesn’t give much to go from, so I’ll say lighting, flow, placement, nutrients, aggressors, or pests.

They have been at the bottom of the tank until a few days ago acclimating in the shaded areas of the tank to acclimate. Definitely no pests. One stated to bleach so it's farther in the shade and the other one is fine in its new spot. Will post a picture soon.

And my water is really good.
PH 8.0
Ammonia 0.25 ppm
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10 ppm
10 gallon water changes every two weeks for my 60 gallon tank
Flow for the non bleached is fair. The bleached one I guess isnt in what I would like it to be.
