my file fish has something on its skin

please help identify this so i can treat it. 60 gallon tank. 2 clown fish, 3 file fish, and 2 cardinals. all other fish show no signs of this. all tank params are spot on. the file fish is acting completely normal and appetite is good. i have had the file for about a year.

definitely not ich or velvet. the small spots your seeing is natural color. the large disk is what i am referring to. its shiny looking.

My bad! (My mind is on other things today.)

I'm not entirely sure what that is, possibly an infection.

Can you post a few more pics of it?
