How to make my water? This place has 150-250 tds with pressures less than 20psi.. too many burst pipes and 3000 dollar water bills!! I also have chloramine and not chlorine so 7 stage it is!! Of course I bought a three stage so MacGyver it is...thanks to BRS
Sooooo...

Time to add sand and water. I debated about bare bottom vs sand. Thinking back I would have used black textured ABS instead of sand !! Live and learn. Instead I went with a Hawaiian corner of black sand and the rest white living sand.

Rock work really looks good!

Thanks it has turned out nice. Can’t wait to get the coral started. Still looking for suggestion. I’m partial to the flowing ones so LPS and softies. But it seems the world is sooooo into sps. So I will see. Any suggestions?

New Tank + SPS = PRO is my take on that. I will probably get crucified for that statement. Personally For me If I forget about the tank/ vacation /hunting trip or just too busy to baby the tank I loose something or at the least start receding.
I think lifestyle should be a deciding factor in stocking a tank.

Torches, hammers and frogspawn. Lot's of motion and color.

Rock anemones on the bottom. More color.

If I was doing a tank with that foot print, I would do it that way.

Thanks. Been looking at all the Euphyllia!! They have nice color and flow like you say. I was “scared” oh an anemone. I’ll have to look at these Rock ones. I hadn’t thought of that!!

The RAs will have to come down the road. The tank needs to be really mature IME and IMO.

I am seriously considering setting up an RA tank in the future and moving the 93 to the office in the store... that is when we find the right building!
