Conclusion = The Seneye device is maybe the most ridiculous piece of equipment i ever bought. Cons: can't use my mac to set it up, can't get the par readings in real time, and the device floats so you have to some how hold it down in order to get a reading of a deep area. So I now have the device used for 5 minutes and an unopened box of 3 new discs for it. I gotta find someone to sell it to or give it to or something. Two days two failures! I am sure tomorrow i am going to beat up some iron and throw it around the gym haha... the iron has no brain, no evasive tactics, no power needs and no computer software...i got this one for sure!! Victory will be mine!!
The apogee par/pur meters are good and easy to use fwiw.

Let me know what you want for it. :)
heck if dont figure it out or use it for my small seahorse tank but if you want it you can have it or we can use it for the store or donate it to the Military PTSD initiative.

Beautiful tank sir, and I love all the extra work you've put into your home to accommodate your reef. Just got done reading through @Hemmdog thread so I figured you'd be next! I think I am going to steal how you used to read stories to your kids before seeing the movie. My kids are the perfect age for that! I look forward to seeing many more updates in the future!
thanks... @Hemmdog has a nice setup with some cool ideas. Glad you like i will certainly be updating also. The memories you make with your kids doing that will be priceless.

Your setup makes my setup look like I found it on the side of the road! Lol.

Bad news. I lost the rhomboid. I think he was injured in transit. It was well packed tight and larger bags of double bagged water. the box was damaged though as you can see. But from release day or the next day actually as night one he hid in a rock crevice but didn't look good swimming from the start. Appeared to be paralyzed. watch the swim. Of course the seller is making good on it but still a shame to lose such a nice fish.
