I thought mysis was the ultimate food for fish that won't eat. why are my fish rejecting it? I have smaller fish so would cutting it up after thawing help?

Does it seem too big for them? If so, then yes, chopping it up may help.

Never heard that Mysis is the go to food...my fish won't eat Mysis, I've tried many different brands even P.E Mysis.

Try brine shrimp, lobster eggs, marine eggs, as many different frozen foods you can find, I also grate octopus, which they love.

Fish eggs are a really good option. We've heard from many hobbyists and importers that fish eggs usually do the trick to get fish to eat and then you can get them on to other food types.

My fish aren't huge fans of mysis either. They'll eat it mind you, but not with as much gusto. This is their favorite:
