Canopy could be here as soon as tomorrow night but by end of weekend. Just got these photos from my buddy.

Just ordered my second octopulse 2 from BRS! Now were down to cooling fans for canopy, Fuge lights, and a couple things from Reef Angel and were off to the races.

The old tablet we had on hand, might not satisfy my needs, so Work had a run on the Lenovo Tab M7 through perks at work, so i grabbed one for cheap. Should get here in a few days, so i can get updates done, and start programming.

This quarantine really isn't good ha! I keep ordering things. Today brings the control tablet. I won't be using it as a screen, just to setup my lights and access the portal for reef angel.

Thanks bulk reef supply! Last powerhead i needed for the build.

Still need to order, a pair of hydra hanging mounts, macro reactor, some Marco cement at very least. Also this is the scape or close to it that I'll go with

BRS fairy came via UPS today, and brought me some Hanna gear, some cement, some clamps, and some AI hanging kits. Time to get back to work! Still need a heater setup and my macro reactor. Hopefully next week I'll order those.

Well I had to mod the hanging kits, but I think this will work just fine. Got the lights hung and tested.

Went with Marine Depot as I had like 15 bucks in rewards. Just ordered the last or should be last order to get the 72 running. Because I had the extra I threw in the ice cap photo lens kit for good measure.

Found my ATO pump downstairs today so I saved some cash there re using that, as well as my return pump. I'll save up and replace that eventually with a controllable model. But if it's not broke don't mess with it. Now to stalk my email over the next days for shipping information. Photos when it all gets here.

Haven't fired it up yet. I put the build on hold as I just got the last piece of gear in, and we leave for vacation shortly. I'll really be pushing this forward when we get back mid next month.

Well let the games begin!! I've unpacked my gear closet, and am waiting for the 4th coat of paint to dry on the back glass. Tomorrow we fully level, wipe dust off, and get a look at the weather to get my rock glued together and in the tank.

I've been buying things here and there over many many months. This build is a slow one, but nothing good comes quick.

Back is painted, checked the spot it's in for level, and we're level! Got the bulkheads and internal overflow plumbing installed and the overflow tubing attached to the sump.

Also got the cheato reactor installed in place. I need to re do my scape and start mortaring that I to sections and get that in the tank. Planning to put it right on the glass. Do I need egg crate, or am I good without? I've always done a small later of sand, or right on glass. Still got to go buy a couple bags of sand and a box of salt before we can truly get wet.

Cable management is something I'm working on in my head too..

Couldn't fully recreate my original scape but I like this one alot too. Mortaring what needs mortaring. Need to go out and get so e super glue for a few spots. Should have to k in the tank by end of weekend.

Trip to lfs for a box of salt and a few bags of live sand, answer will be ready to get this wet!

Adjusted the scape a bit again, but it's in the tank! I'll likely adjust some of the loose branch once sand is in.
