Do they shrink and get mad? My corals get mad when the clowns bother them
For the most part, no surprisingly. What’s funny is one clown prefers gonis and the other likes my duncans, when not hanging out around the anemones.

Some updated pics of the tank. Did a chemiclean treatment Tuesday afternoon. Hard to tell from shots, but does seem to have helped. Still need something to deal with the ramp and hair algae. Have been scrubbing rockwork that I can and doing manual picking, but I think I’m going to pick up more cuc and maybe an algicide next week paycheck. Otherwise new corals have been in for a week and have settling in nicely.

Latest update. Cyano kicked to the curb. Still have algae issues but in better control. Complete scrub down of the easily move rocks. And lots of manual cleanup of the sand. Lost a torch and my montis and stylos(again). Had gotten overrun by algae. I’d had extra work to deal with and got behind ugh. The torch went from unhappy to a complete bailout overnight. But I did get some new corals , including a mystery box that was from a live sale in February that I found out had never been delivered when doing livestock inventory. So here’s the latest from the past day or so

Another full tank shot. I don’t have rocks glued, so when I was scrubbing them they took a tumble. When I finally get a last bit of live rock , maybe see about finding a way to secure it. Had just put some corals in from an SBB live sale, when they‘re better settled in a day or so hope to have some decent pics. 340C5937-0EEF-4F34-84C4-ED8D06BC1085.jpeg

Sooo….shortly after the last update , about a week or so things went south. I got sick enough that I didn’t have the energy to deal with maintenance matters for close to a week. Hair algae set in big time and I think dinos as well. Adjusted the lighting settimgs and schedule, did a couple aggressive water changes and sand siphoning s and scrubbed down the rocks twice. After 2+ weeks things are settling down again but I lost 3 torches and the rest of my euphyllia are looking a bit ragged. I lost a couple gonis unfortunately too. Amazingly my Acans and Bowerbanki are in great shape. The Duncans were very unhappy but are recovering as well. The one totally unaffected is my toadstool leather. My next purchase is going to be a full cleanup crew from ReefCleaners.

Well, I was going to try to pass you for Gonis. I have 9 coming from SBB I think plus the 3 in the tank already. Sounds like you've still got me beat.

Tomorrow I’m getting my LRO coral shipment! Only 3 this time but I’m still excited. The corals I bought on the 2 live sales I attended on the 25-27th for Black Friday sales are from @Living Reef Orlando and @SBB Corals , two of the best places for corals.

New adds for the coming week. Bunch of corals from 2 sources. Some live rock that I ordered from KP hopefully as well. I’m adding a bit more live sand from CaribSea as my bed is a little thin.
