I have same questions as above, what bulb combo are you running. Great looking tank and nice colors.

Thanks guys.

It's a 75g DT w/ 55g Sump/Fuge/DSB that has been running since Aug 2008, but as you can see I'm running out of room, I'm in the planning stages of a bigger tank. On the current tank I'm running an ASMG2 skimmer (modded), Korallin CA reactor, 2LF PhosBan reactor (running carbon), ACII Controller. For lighting it's just a cheapo 6x54W T5HO setup, Workhorse5 electronic ballasts and 1 sheet of polished aluminum bent to form individual reflectors over each bulb. For bulbs I went with mostly ATI after trying lots of different brands and combos, here's my current combo from front to back, I've been running this combo for almost 2 yrs now:
1) ATI Blue+
2) KZ Fiji Purple (this bulb makes a hugh difference in the colors)
3) UVL Super Actinic (off while taking pics)
4) ATI Blue+ (off while taking pics)
5) ATI Aquablue
6) ATI Blue+

Nice colonies of Candy Cane corals you have there. What is that coral that sticks straight up right behind the orange cap on the left. Its that some type of monti as well?

Gorgeous! I thought those were ATIs, it gives it that soft pastel color.
Yeah, of all the bulbs I tried over the years, I like the ATI bulbs the best.

really nice tank
Thanks you.

Thanks, time for a bigger tank.

It's a green monti cap with blue edge, it was a little frag when I got it about a year ago and has grown quite a bit but for some reason it grows straight up, can't really see the color that well because it's on the inside.

Cool, thanks. If definitely has a weird growth, which is why I asked. Kind of an odd growth that SunnyX had on an cap in his older tank.

Regardless, you have a gorgeous tank.

Yeah, I remember Sonny's old tank. Still my favorite reef tank and the reason I switched from FOWLR to reef.

I was looking for a compact camera to carry around when my DSLR is not practical. Came across the Kodak SLICE, for the features and price I figure I'd give it a shot....other than short battery life, I have to say...not bad. I've been playing around with the HD video, here's a clip...I recorded it at 720p, not sure what happen when I uploaded it to youtube...check it out in 480p if possible..

You have a beautiful tank. That cap is pretty cool too! How long has it been set up? I really enjoy seeing all of the mature colonies.

Thank you CJ. This particular tank has been running since Sept 10th 2008. It was great watching the frags grow into colonies.
