What are you using to dose Nitrates?
I picked up a bag of sodium nitrate on Amazon and use the James planted tank calculator to mix it. Think I paid $20 for 1lb bag and its probably enough for 20 yrs of dosing

out of my league ,i just"dirty" water if low phos/nitrates

I haven't dosed Nitrates since my overdose crash. I do like your method better

Puffdaddy in the sump is keeping things pretty stabil now. And your skimmate idea and input. PRICELESS. Probably won't have to dose any un natural chemicals any time soon.
I'm going to do a full system check tomorrow. The Chemipure elite nearly bottomed my phosphates out. Id like to see where I sit now to next month with regular water changes and feeding to see if system keeps things on point and close on its own

Forgot to mention that 40ppm nitrate spike I seen last week was sometime around same or next day after I had my sump#1 super clean failure.
Not sure what i was thinking checking it so soon after water change. I usually wait a cpl days until things settle.
I checked N a few days ago and its pretty much solid at 10-15ppm on red sea kit right where its been running for awhile now.

Ok on a quick fast calc using the calculator i put in 90 gallons total volume for tank volume.
30 grams disolved in 50 ml of water should put you around 1ppm/ml dosed.

You may want to start with only a few ml and see if it raises nitrates 3ppm and make your adjustment from there

Thought you'd get a kick out of this....

One of my electus is stretching and about to leave a baby but just won't let go.

Its hard to see as I'm a terrible photographer but his base is still stuck to the side of the cup and pulling.

I was thinking of snipling it and seeing if it grew

Nice. I would be real interested to hear how it turns out. Are you just talking leaving a piece of foot behind?
Also its nice to see a regular picture of your electus. Usually just see them all shriveled up and glowing. Mine normally looks like yours when all lights ramped up. All inflated and fat

Haha yeah DO IT

No way I'd cut mine up but a little piece of foot separating I could do that. Seem to be super hardy and baby making machines. It probably work real good with electus.

@MERKEY check it out. This is the second time my unidentified bounce has grow onto the rack. Last time I tried to remove and a little slice along with part of mouth stayed behind and made new baby. The one on right almost as big as mom now.

This time just a tiny piece of foot. Cpl weeks ago before I put it on disc and its already made a mouth

Few more shots from around the tables.
Its funny we went camping this weekend for a cpl days. Get back and Magic Carpet had nearly walked off its disc onto rack all spread out. Curious to see if she left some feet behind that will turn into babies as well. Shes on 3 inch disc now hoping she really settles in and does her thing!
Gotta get the rest of these shrooms onto discs before things get out of control.

Lol yeah Moose had to come. No way we could leave him home longer than a trip to grocery store at this point.
The wild hogs where really crazy to see. Usually see them on our projects during mass grade phase and they are usually chasing the heavy equipment around especially if they have babies.
Where we went was more of a "Glamping" spot with paved roads and stuff. Was wierd to see them used to people and raiding camping spots in broad daylight with people around. They can be vicious and they where huge and did have babies running around.
