Hey bro I was running a no name and an old school reef radiance that I picked up used from lfs. Reef radiance was my favorite but blue channel burnt out so its over sump#1 now.
The other cheap black box no name is set up over tables 3 and 4 breaking them in.
I'm using the photon v2+ over tables 1 and 2. Not sure if im gonna go with them again. After my wifi incident and burning up a bunch of stuff I may go with something else I def wouldn't go with photon v2+ without upgrade kit.

Have you ever seen a bounce mushroom under a red sea reefer lamp? They just pop. Ive been seriously considering trying one out for my bounce shrooms. Cpl of my lfs run them and there's just something about the spectrum they love.
After doing a little research found out red sea specifically designed the lamp to different spectrum and I can tell you bounces love them.
Maybe Red Sea will see this post and let me demo one haha

Making progress over here im hoping my 15 gallon refugium is going to produce enough pods for pipefish. List of stuff yet to buy,

2 plumping
3 fresh t5 bulbs
4 jar of pods
Might just end up picking the stuff up from brs instead of having them ship it so I can get this running faster. There only 40 minutes away. Gonna have a sweet mushroom dedicated area.

Way glad to see you like those RedSea Reef Led's. I have 3 Reef 90's and was worried they were not going to be good enough. i bought them all at the begining of my build and haven't seen to much on them since.

I've seen mixed reviews on them running higher intensity and getting too hot. On my sjroom garden I just can't see anything running hot enough to be an issue.
I'm running red sea 90s on my DT. Only seen Earl in them.
I will keep you in mind when I get in touch with my cherry picker in L.A. supposedly some nems are coming in this week.
I'm in LA, how do I get that gig? Ha

Quick update on foot booger babies
Looks like a few are starting to make a mouth. Cpl still not healed but def have nice piece of foot under them hopefully guts turn into mouth when it's all said and done. Definitely don't want to get any stem in the process only slows them down.
Some other shots I though where nice. Really have to get rest of discs cleaned up!

Very cool man. Will be looking forward to your thoughts on t5. My favorite lfs always has nice fixtures laying around and all they need is bulbs.
Starting to develop. I'm really hoping these mushrooms and softies grow like weed under the t5's
I love me some t5s. My nems love them.
