You got to define high flow. High flow in an SPS tank is not the same as a high flow and an LPS dominated tank imo.

I keep my torches in medium oscillating flow. Anymore and there's an inverse effect on extension. There's also the possibility that the strong flow will tear bits of flesh against the torches skeleton making it more susceptible to disease.

Is Nems /sps then Meats/lps an option?

Lighting needs would be more uniform that way no? MOAR lamp for nems and sticks, lower for the meats and lps.

Update LTA back to normal was probly just pouting and my decorator crab got its first coral! Lol . Can’t make it out but in second pick the crab attached some clove polyps to its legs , I want my crab in some designer
