Where they differ is the number of tentacles on each polyp. Alveopora have 12 tentacles on each polyp while Goniopora have 24.

Tonight I got a few zoas, a pretty blasto, an alveopora and that goni. Coming from within the state so I'm not concerned about catching weather.

No and hopefully it stays that way. I am in a weird spot and we typically have storms split about 1 mile from my house. We did have some sideways rain and lots of it. It has calmed down now.
