Did you put them in that much flow to start with or did you have to acclimate them? I just got my first torch so I’m unsure where to place it.

I dropped them right into those spots. The wave makers pulse so they get high flow for 15 seconds then med flow for 15 seconds. They really seem to like it.

Mine really seem to love the extra flow. I think the key is it being intermittent.

Torches can take the same flow as your Frogspawn. They're both Euphyllias. How is the Frogspawn doing? Did it completely recover from the shipping stress?
