We moved 15000 cubic yards a day for 23 days here doing the big dirt. Starting to get busy digging holes now for infrastructure.
Hear on news this morning there's an 8 day supply of houses for sale with a 2 month demand for houses.
20% home price increase and expecting another one this year.

Dude.... I worked for a flipper. We we're buying houses in Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, and Avondale for sub $100k. Nice places too.
