Thanks! It's a hibiscus. The smaller blooms are sunpatiens.

Though the lighting makes it appear so, this is not a yellow choris (Halichoeres chrysus) but rather a lemon meringue/whitebelly wrasse (Halichoeres leucoxanthus). ;)
The white belly should become more noticeable as the wrasses get older and larger.
