All I've got so far as contribution is this Thika than a Snicker PXL_20220622_232428371.jpg
This post make me want more tanks. There is no reasonable reason for this fish to not be in my collection.

love it, how big is it ?
going in the reef ?
Thanks, it's quite striking.

I would say it's a Solid 5" long. The shop has two when Jason and I were there. I went back mid week hoping they still were, and they still were. The smaller of the two, I'd say a shy 4" had about zero interest in eating. I tried pellets and krill. I know this shop well and they tell me to feed whatever I want to watch eat if I'm considering it. The larger of the two had a voracious appetite, so it came home instead. Plan is for the reef yes. The tiny flame is for the nem tank which is down a YCW this week, thanks to carpets : )

razored glass, bottom is just green slim, kinda hard to get off even with razor, leaving it for now
Why do you Razor the bottom? Is that not removing your Coraline also?

I only ever use one of those brillopads on a stick on the bare bottom of the frag tank. It used to grow a lot of algae, but now is 80%+ covered in bright purple and pink Coraline, which doesn't allow other algae to grow on or over it.

I will do this. It’s my first go at it. Yes there’s no Corraline on the glass
