I dont believe it is. Frank's may be or be super similar. The red devil get white streaks that bounce.

Actually I was totally wrong about that.
There are a cpl red devil bounce shrooms.
Just seen a thread yesterday with a red devil disco bounce shroom in it with the long streaks that bounce.

@MERKEY bought as Todd’s but the price was so good makes me question but did come from a 600 gallon display top of the line breakdown so who knows they might have been a collector but seeing that there are many people who think a Todd is a Todd. 400 4 heads two splitting on each full head. This torch is a bright as my neon green torch with cream tips. Too bright to be a green torch with blue tips and all tips are the same color not cotton candy. The tips look blue and sometimes a purple color depending on lighting

Very very pretty torch, one of my old school favs!!

I think it can go both ways lol

Some tanks with produce that blue and some will go more pale.

ARC is really solid and I trust their lineage of Todd torches. Looks like both but that won't stay in all tanks.
