I think I see some red rust disease.

Treatment is a little WD40 and a good scrub with a wire brush.

After that, wipe with rag and they should be shiny and pretty again.

So I think your problems is you need to frag a few heads and give them room to breathe. You seem to have a crowding issue. Watch out for RJD (rusting jelly disease) best avoided with a little wd40

Are you dosing the tank with live phyto? Maybe they are hungry? Have you checked for these cute bugs? :/

I feed liquid food every day, currently out of phyto and yes I checked as soon as I saw your spider posts.
