I haven’t felt a temp below 50 in a few years. I’d kill for a day of freezing weather. This tropical stuff gets old. But more importantly, what’s an aquarium heater?

Same here in Atlanta.. Great time to be a seller, not enough housing. The are selling faster then they can be put up.Saw someone bid over asking price on a house and they didnt get the house!

I develop subdivisions here in AZ. Same thing just cant build fast enough. Apt rentals the same way.
Wife does books for a cpl real estate agencies here. One of them lost a sale to cash offer 130k over asking price recently. Absoloutly ridiculous.

I sold a rental house of ours 2 months ago and it had a contract for almost double asking price 12 minutes after listing. It is friggin nuts in middle tn right now.

had the whole house 2 car attached garage (cape cod) exterior stripped (wood) and resided in vinyl, new gutters, new front door, everything new wrap, matching vinyl and trim on the shed last year. $50k. over a month with two guys.

had them back this year to price re-topping and wrap on an a 20'x22' deck in composite. one guy weekend job.
