Ok so my tank will have
1 tomini flame fin tang
3 clowns
2 mandarins
2 cherub angelfish
2 clown gobies
1 yellow wrasse
1 purple tang

The 3 clowns my become a problem. 2 may team up to beat on the third wheel.
I’ll make sure to keep a close eye on them. The third one was an accident. I didn’t ask for him but he was shipped to me. It’s been over a month since he was added and they all get along.
Other than that I’m not overstocked am I?

Two mandarins concern me unless they are taking offered foods, they want to hunt and graze all day!
Imo no. But I have several federal warrants out for my execution with the tang police, so best not to ask me lol.
Biggest thing is nutrients. S long as those can be managed, you are fine. Purple tang will do fine in a 4’ tank. Mine started life in a 90 and was as thick as could be and never had any issues. It is in a 180 now, but doesn’t really cruise the whole tank.
Even my current tang doesn’t cruise the tank. He has his favorite spot. And randomly wanders.
nutrients shouldn’t be an issue. As currently I over feed to keep them up.
I add pods randomly to my tank and have a good sized fuge. One of my mandarins (my girl) does enjoy frozen. I actually just added pods. Will probably add more in a few weeks, then I wait a month or two before doing it again. I also dose phyto frequently. See plenty of pods on the glass. My fish are fat and spoiled

Well hopefully adding the purple last will curb the aggression. Moe has been in the tank since November of last year. I’m thinking I should grab a mirror to have on hand incase the PT decides to cause trouble and a fish trap
