Rain can cause issue on copper media connections upstream from your house, but it won't affect wifi inside the house to your device. Ethernet cable will just give you a tiny, tiny advantage on grabbing certain pieces.
I don’t know why it does it, but whenever it rains here, out WiFi hard crashes.

It stopped now, but it’s still a little bit laggy.

It's not your wifi exactly, it's the upstream internet connection itself. Wifi is local to your house, so anything inside will still work fine, it's just reaching the internet that has issues
Eh, I’m still confused, sorry man. :/

We have satellite WiFi by the way.

Yeah I went commented on something James said then unwatched I realize it is a bad idea.
