FYI--- mushrooms can also move if they want. dont be surprised if they slightly scoot around.
It's laying out.
Usually a good sign. The opposite would be curling up for more light or shrinking from too much light or flow.
Sprawled out caps means shrooms are happy and content. Sounds like they are acclimating really good for you. Leave them be for awhile and let them get settled
